Some purchases use a randomised “summon” mechanic. The probability of obtaining each rarity is disclosed in‑game (including any “pity”/guarantee thresholds). The Service is a game of entertainment and is not gambling: virtual items cannot be cashed out.
For consumers in the EU: when you purchase and immediately receive digital content (virtual currency/items), you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in line with applicable consumer law. Partners may earn a revenue share on players they refer, subject to the program rules shown in the partner panel. We may withhold or reverse payouts obtained through fraud, self‑referral or fake traffic. Payouts are made to the wallet you provide once the minimum threshold is met.
All game content, characters, art and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via support@sluttysummons.com.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland and the European Union. Mandatory consumer‑protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
