This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Slutty Summons game and website at sluttysummons.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO). The Service is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or older.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. What data we collect

Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password.
Game progress — your in-game profile, level, owned characters, campaign progress, in-game currency balances and purchase history.
Age confirmation — the fact that you confirmed you are 18+.
Technical data — IP address, browser/device type and approximate region, collected by our hosting and CDN providers for security and abuse prevention.
Local storage — small values stored in your browser (e.g. session token, “intro seen”, tutorial flags) needed to run the game. We do not use third‑party advertising/tracking cookies.
Referral data — if you arrive via a partner referral link, the referral code is associated with your account for our affiliate program.
Payment data — when you buy in‑game currency, payment is processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and amount; we do not store your full card details.

3. Why we use it and legal bases

To provide the game and your account — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To process purchases and keep transaction records — contract / legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b), (c)).
To secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse and run our affiliate program — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share data with (processors)

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, including:

Hosting — Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the EU).
CDN / security — Cloudflare, Inc.
Email delivery — our transactional email provider (e.g. Resend), when enabled.

5. International transfers

Our servers are located in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and game data for as long as your account exists. Transaction records are kept as required by applicable tax/accounting law. If you delete your account, we erase or anonymise your personal data except where we must retain it by law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO). 8. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will delete the account.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Material changes will be announced in the game or by email.
