Purchases unlock virtual currency (e.g. gems, gold) and virtual items used only inside the game. These are digital goods delivered immediately to your account and have no real‑world monetary value.
For consumers in the EU/EEA: by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14‑day right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive and Polish consumer law. Your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content remain unaffected.
Because items are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non‑refundable. We will, however, review and where appropriate refund:
Refunds are not given for: change of mind after delivery, accidental purchases of the wrong pack, results of randomised “summons” (odds are disclosed in‑game), or partially/fully consumed currency.
If a recurring product (e.g. a pass or VIP) is offered, the rebill price and interval are shown before you buy. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period unless required by law. To cancel, use the in‑game option (if shown) or contact us at support@sluttysummons.com.
Email support@sluttysummons.com from the address on your account, with the date, amount, and the transaction/order ID from your receipt. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, who appears on your card or bank statement as [BILLING DESCRIPTOR]. Billing enquiries can also be made through the processor’s consumer support at [PROCESSOR SUPPORT URL].
If you don’t recognise a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback for items you received and used may result in account suspension.
